Monitoring of various parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure) in facilities of all production industries, including agricultural and food industry, fish industry, medical and pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, tobacco industry, IT industry, etc.
The recorders take measurements and save data in real time (UTC timestamps) in the non-volatile internal memory of the device. An unobstructed range of radio transmission is close to 700 meters. The recorders can also be accessed remotely from any location.
The recorders are protected against modification, which excludes the risk of external interference (the collected data is reliable and credible). Access to the system is granted only to the authorized personnel. We can guarantee accuracy of measurements regardless of the value range and a high level of data security (through encryption).
The battery life is adapted to the expected operation time plus three months when the recorder still saves the data but stops sending it (infrared readout only). They are simple to install, waterproof and shock-resistant, which makes them appropriate for installation in harsh conditions.
Configured in less than twenty minutes, the system is operated through a web-based application. This software is dedicated for collecting data, creating visualizations (tables and charts) and generating measurement reports. The data can be collected from the recorders and transmitted to the database not only via radio waves, but also with the use of the Internet, NFC or Bluetooth.
Free access to the database and the application, constant monitoring and security guaranteed by the provider of the BLULOG technology as well as attractive pricing of the recorders all contribute to the implementation costs being as low as possible.
The measuring module of the BLULOG recorder is compliant with the EN 12830 and ETSI 300220 standards, and it has been certified in accordance with the HACCP requirements. The BLULOG recorders are equipped with Swiss-made SENSIRION sensors that are calibrated in accordance with the EN 17025 standard.
It’s not required to purchase the system in order to acquire access to the measurements data. Instead of laying out large amounts of money for the acquisition of measuring devices, the user may decide to pay monthly subscription fees. In this case the user pays only for the database access.
